  • A collaborative process of pulling everything together to create a plan that fits both your needs and wants.

  • This is the look of the home. Once your plan begins to come together, we then start creative views of what the home will look like.

  • Review existing preliminary plans for changes & reworking

  • Floor Plans + Elevations

  • Timeline: 2-4 Weeks (Depending on Complexity)*

    * If engineering is needed, this will require additional time.
