Lead Designer

Michael Corbitt

Principal & Lead Designer

Michael Corbitt started architecture when he was a senior in high school by attending the drafting program at Florida Panhandle Technical College (aka Votech) in Chipley, Florida. He was immediately hooked and began designing house plans all over the Florida Panhandle. Michael furthered his education at The Ohio State University—one of the top architecture schools in the nation. During his enrollment, he received five studio awards for his designs. Since 2005, Michael has served under some of the most talented architects and designers in the nation, including Collins & Associates; Trinity: Planning, Design, Architecture; TS Adams Studio, Architects; and more. During that time, Michael focused on areas such as hospital/medical facility designs, commercial & school buildings, pool & landscape design, and, his all-time-favorite, Scenic 30A custom builds.

Jennifer Corbitt

Operations Director

As co-owner alongside Michael, Jen manages the business side of M.Corb. With a background in Finance and a focus on real estate law, her responsibilities include real estate acquisitions, contract law, and business structure. Jen, an FSU College of Business alum (GO NOLES), shares Michael's passion for our community and is committed to its creative, sustainable growth, with a special focus on historic preservation.

Joe Moog

Sr. Designer & Project Manager

Joe became certified in drafting from Chipley Votech (Florida Panhandle Technical College) in 1999. He has over 25 years of experience ranging from residential homes to large commercial projects. Joe brings a vast knowledge of structural specifications and efficient floor plan design.  But above all, Joe is a master of 3-story custom beach houses as seen on 30A and the Forgotten Coast.
